As the parent entity, PJ Global Holdings centrally oversees order processing, global logistics coordination, and secure payment handling to ensure Swiss-standard precision for our entire brand portfolio.

1. Order Processing & 8 day "Peace of Mind" Window

To maintain our high engineering standards and protect our global fulfillment cycle, all orders follow a structured handling phase:

  • Phase 1: Secure Order Handling: Orders are processed within 8 Business Days (Monday–Friday, excluding Swiss public holidays).

  • The PJ Global Holdings Advantage: This window includes secure financial processing and a multi-point quality inspection at our global hub. During these 8 Business Days, you have the flexibility to adjust, modify, or cancel your order for any reason before it enters the international logistics chain.

Finalization: Once an order is dispatched at the end of this 8-Business Day window, it is locked into the global shipping system and cannot be modified or canceled.

PJ Global Holding brands provide premium tracked shipping to the following global destinations:

  • North America: United States, Canada.

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.

  • Asia & Middle East: Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

  • United Kingdom.

If a country is not available at checkout, shipping services are not currently offered to that location.

3. Shipping Rates & Tracking

We are committed to a transparent and reliable delivery process for all gear managed by PJ Global Holdings. To ensure you stay informed, we provide two simple ways to monitor your order's progress.

  • Free International Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders across our global store network.

  • Instant Tracking (Handling Phase): You don’t have to wait. Immediately after checkout, you can track your order using your Order Number (starting with #) and the Email Address used during your purchase. This gives you live visibility while your gear is being prepared in our warehouse.

  • Premium Carrier Tracking (Transit Phase): Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number (e.g., starting with CJ) via email. From this point forward, you can use either your original Order Number or this Tracking Number to follow your package to your door.

  • Seamless Tracking Portal: Both methods are fully integrated into our official tracking page, providing a single, easy-to-use destination to watch your dog’s gear arrive from the moment you click "buy."

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are calculated in Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Based on our current global performance data, the average successful delivery is completed within 18 Days.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Compliance: PJ Global Holdings ensures all documentation is accurate to facilitate smooth customs clearance, but we cannot influence local government procedures.

6. Refunds & Quality Resolution

Upon delivery, your order enters Phase 3 (The 30-Business Day Resolution Window).

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 3 Business Days of delivery.

  • Material Failure: Must be reported within 15 Business Days of delivery.
